Exploria Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Exploria mobile application (hereinafter "the Application"), published by Clement Bouye, sole trader (auto-entrepreneur). By creating an account or using the Application, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Application.
1. About the Application
Exploria is a mobile application designed to help users plan their travels. It enables users to generate personalised itineraries, explore destinations, and receive activity and accommodation recommendations powered by artificial intelligence (provided by OpenAI).
The Application also features links to partner platforms (Booking.com, GetYourGuide, etc.) enabling users to book accommodations and activities directly.

3. Access and Registration
3.1 Eligibility
The Application is available to any individual aged 16 or over. Use by minors under the age of 16 requires prior authorisation from a parent or legal guardian.
3.2 Account creation
Access to the Application's features requires the creation of a personal account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
3.3 Account security
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. Any fraudulent use must be reported immediately to support.exploria@gmail.com.
4. Business Model and Credits
4.1 Credit system
Access to AI-powered features (itinerary generation, recommendations, etc.) requires credits. Credits are purchased within the Application through RevenueCat (in-app purchase management).
4.2 Pricing
Credit prices are displayed in the Application and may change over time. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Credits have no monetary value and may not be resold or exchanged.
4.3 Affiliate links and commissions
Some links in the Application (accommodations via Booking.com, activities via GetYourGuide, etc.) are affiliate links. When a user makes a booking through these links, Exploria receives a commission from the partner at no additional cost to the user. This practice is disclosed transparently and does not bias the recommendations provided.
5. Artificial Intelligence Features
Recommendations and itineraries generated by the Application are produced by AI models provided by OpenAI. This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or safety-related).
Exploria does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of AI-generated information. Users are encouraged to verify important details with official sources before travelling.
6. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Application (brand, logo, design, source code, content, features) are the exclusive property of Clement Bouye and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to circumvent the credit system or reverse-engineer the Application
- Transmit any illegal, offensive, or infringing content
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Application's features
- Impersonate another user or any third party
8. Availability and Maintenance
Exploria strives to keep the Application available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control (outages affecting third-party services: Supabase, Mapbox, OpenAI, etc.). No compensation will be due for such interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Exploria shall not be liable for:
- Content generated by AI, which is provided for informational purposes only
- Services offered by partner platforms (Booking.com, GetYourGuide, etc.)
- Indirect losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Application
- The accuracy of mapping information provided by Mapbox
- Any data loss resulting from a technical failure
10. Amendments to the Terms
Exploria reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via an in-app notification or by email. Continued use of the Application following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Application's settings. Exploria reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for breach of these Terms, without prior notice or refund of remaining credits.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the publisher's domicile, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise.
